Avaya IP Office R10+ Media Manager PLDS License (393296) – R10+

The Avaya IP Office R10+ Media Manager PLDS License (393296) enables the IP Office Media Manager, a native application to archive, store, search, playback, and download IP Office call recordings. Media Manager is licensed on a system basis. Apart from a new IP Office Release 10.1 Media Manager license, the application also works with an earlier Contact Recorder license, for customers upgrading from an earlier IP Office version. Media Manager allows a 90–day trial period before licensing is enforced.

Media Manager does not support migration of earlier Contact Recorder files in IP Office Release 10.1. It is not supported to run both Media Manager and Contact Recorder at the same time, as this could cause issues with archiving of recording files.

Note: As of Release 10.0, IP Office uses the Avaya Product Licensing and Delivery System (PLDS) to manage licenses and ADI licenses are no longer supported. PLDS is an online, web-based tool for managing license entitlements and electronic delivery of software and related license files.
