The Avaya system SD card contains complete system software for the IP500 V2 (feature key with serial number for IP500 V2 systems only), including expansion module and phone firmware binaries. It comes bundled with Essential Edition Messaging storage and two Voicemail ports (up to a total of six Voicemail ports “V6 SW” can be added through licencing).

• This type of feature key also serves as a memory card for additional system operations and, if necessary, embedded voicemail.
• The card comes with two embedded voicemail ports by default. By purchasing additional licences, you can allow up to 6 more ports.
• Regardless of card capacity, the voicemail mailbox message and prompt capacity is restricted to 15 hours.
